My Fifth Entry


I was thinking, what are the comparisons with nowadays fusion foods?

There are large comparisons between traditional foods and nowadays fusions foods. First major point is that, the recipes that have been surpassed from the ancestors might be changed and it will affect the authentic flavor of the food. In order to make traditional food and feel the authentic flavor of the food itself, must be done by traditional ways. However, with the help of technology and innovations, the processes of the foods become easier. Traditional food usually rich with vegetables, protein sources, less oily and almost less chemical substances. Compare to the nowadays fusions foods, the recipes of course will be mixed or the original recipes may be corrupted by adding some materials or removing it. The way of making the foods also changed. Fusions foods usually used machine and less hand-made like traditional foods. Fusions foods also didn’t much care about their ingredients in the foods such as the usage of msg, lack of vital vitamin such as protein, iron, carbs and etc. So that is why, traditional foods is more preferable to the citizen of Malaysian rather than fusions foods.

Fusion Food sometimes decorated too beautiful that ended up wasted and much more costly than any foods
